Office visit We pay 80% after deductible
Annual women's exam(s) We pay 80% after deductible
Childhood immunizations through age 18 We pay 80% after deductible

After medical deductible is met We pay 80% of eligible participating provider services
Travel benefit The BlueCard Program allows you to see a participating Blue Cross or Blue Shield doctor when you travel.
